What I have to offer as a coach:
Since the beginning I have always loved the sport of triathlon. After 6 years and 5 Ironman finishes, I have a real desire to share what I have learned with people new to the sport.

I know what it is like to start from scratch – I learned to swim as an adult, didn’t have a bike, and knew very little about running. For me, triathlon is a journey of recognizing and blowing apart self-imposed limitations.—a powerful lesson that translates directly to life in general.

I see coaching as an active partnership between athlete and coach: A relationship that goes beyond a set workout schedule and empowers the athlete to better understand their own body and mind.

Triathlon Accomplishments:
5-time Ironman Canada finisher

Fees:
$130/month with a one-time $50 start-up fee
