Why I Coach:

Having my own coach to guide me, keep me accountable, and be a huge fan on race day has significantly enhanced my triathlon career. I’ve been hooked on this sport since my first try-a-tri. With eight years of racing, training, research, trial and error, and questions answered, I have plenty of knowledge and experience to share. I coach because I want others to feel confident about their training and to see their goals achieved. I coach because I like to challenge and encourage others, while being challenged and encouraged by coaching. I teach and coach because everyone has potential and I want to be part of what brings that potential to reality.
