Shawn is our “Blue Collar” coach for our age group athletes of all abilities that aspire to compete in long distance multi-sport events. His strengths are:

  • Developing strong athlete/coach relationships
  • Communicating effective, realistic, flexible and individualized training plans for today’s age group athlete who are juggling their athletics with family, work and community commitments
  • Develops and delivers individual training plans specifically for you employing solid training principals in an uncomplicated manner
